Yes. Vivienne is a website care practice, but we’re part of the same team as Vivayos — a web studio with over a decade of nonprofit website design and development experience. If your site needs a refresh, a full redesign, or a new build from the ground up, Vivayos can handle that work.

The advantage of working with both is continuity. Vivayos builds the site, Vivienne maintains it. The same team who designed your site is the team keeping it running — which means no handoff gaps, no "who built this?" confusion, and no starting from scratch every time something needs attention. It's the full picture, not just one piece of it.

If something on your site breaks, we fix it — on every plan. This includes a plugin conflict after an update, a contact form that stops submitting, a site that goes down, broken navigation, or images that stop displaying. If your site was working before and now it isn't, that's a technical issue and we'll resolve it.

What's not included on Essential is proactive content work — adding new content, redesigning pages, or making changes you request. That's where Active and Partner come in.

Anything that doesn't require new design work — updating staff bios, swapping event details, uploading a document, changing a phone number, editing program descriptions, adding photos. Every update is handled with a designer's eye: properly formatted, visually consistent, lightly edited so it looks exactly as it should. Not just changed — considered.

We'll let you know before we go over. Overages are billed at $125/hr — you'll always have visibility and never receive a surprise invoice. Clients who consistently need more often find upgrading to the next tier is better value.

We can. Managed hosting is available as an add-on. It includes server-level security, performance caching, and staging environments. Or you can keep your current host — we'll work with it either way.

Yes. Upgrading is immediate. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle. Annual plans can upgrade mid-year — we'll prorate the difference.
